More Seasonal Samples

This was one of my most welcoming sample of all, but not many people will want it because of the topping, looks nice but not that good to savour, some say too much and some just love it.

When i made this for a friend, she just love the way it turned out and she gave me a repeat order for her friends and customers.

This was all self taught and was inspired from some of my flickr friends, all our hands are different and it turned out to be different. Thanks to all my friends who gave me the encouragement and desire to create it. It needs some patience and a little of time to do that but the outcome was rather satisfying.

Seasonal Samples

This was made specially for the coming Chinese New Year, it's a customised design. I thought it might have a very good meaning for either young or old,can be presented as a gift, to share and taste or meaningful.

It's an Oreo Mini Cheesecake whereby top with a layer of cream cheese frosting. The gold and the silver balls are all eatable. Silver and Gold does have a good fortune for such an occasion around.

It looks nice when it's slice in between because of the oreo which have a double dark brown and the centre are white, taste as good as it looks. It's just one of the design i present to my customers, there are more.

My first decorated Cake

This might not look good in the first look but the outcome and feedback from my customer was over satisfying, which is really a big compliment for a first timer. This was my very first decorated Birthday cake ordered from one of my customer for her sister who came back from overseas, i don't really have much confident to do it but she really gave me alot of courage to do it right infact she pull a prank saying it's disasterous but just upon joking and i was so scared it turn out bad, after what she reveal i was just so relief that i've done it.

It's a carrot cheesecake, top with fresh cream, it tuns out looking more like an engagement cake more then a Birthday cake. Final words love the compliments and thank you my friend, if you happen to be in this site you know who i'm refering it to.

* Other varieties which you can think of which wasn't listed please do email or give me a ring to ask if there are available for orders.

* A minimal charges of RM10 for each delivery around the area of Butterworth and as far as Penang island. This applies per delivery and not per orders, exp: 4 cakes one location and will only count as one delivery charges needed.

Just good for a Hantaran

A Malay friend gave me this chance to try this out, it's Oreo Minicakes topped with Cream Cheese Frosting. The frosting doesn't seems to be the perfect consistency for piping but i tried and the result are not too bad. The most important one is the final result, his friend and the family enjoyed it till the last bite.

For cuppies and Minicakes, orders placed must be at least 1 week ahead and the least orders are half a dozen. Please if you want to customise your design do let me know in advance. Thanks.

Seasonal Cookies & Tarts

Seasonal, Christmas & Chinese New Year Tarts n' Cookies came about when work is bad during the year of 2007 and my mum suggested that we take this opportunity to just try out our luck. Pineapple tarts, Peanut and mostly nut cookies came along.

The outcome was a pleasant surprise although it was tough and hard work but we did it.

Thanks to some supportive customers throughout Penang and even up to KL.

Some choices to pick whether to savour it with family members and relatives, even as giveaways. We have few for you to choose from:-

Cupcakes & Minicakes

Honestly, i started only this year when i came to join Flickr one day and I know i'm far behind from the trend today, i'm way behind. Inspiration mostly are from my Flickr friends, some God sent mothers and beautiful ladies around the world. They gave me a lot of tips, advise and inspiration to get started.

Still learning from anywhere and everywhere so i can't compete with the market, all i would say is the one who really tasted my cakes come back for more with compliments and great feedback tips where i can improve from time to time.

I wasn't any great decorater or any artist which can create miracle but always needed guides to go along with each orders, so please inspire me with some ideas or what's in your mind or the one that you want to give to, what they love and like most, so that the things will turn out as good as it taste and makes the one who orders and receive likes it.
