Chocolate Moist Cuppies

Sorry I was away for sometime, sick and too many things to take care off.

This tiny little pots are specially made for my daughter's teacher in school for Teacher's Day. It was a very rush job and I wasn't too satisfy with the whole outcome of the look, in fact can be better.

Banana Babies

This was really a simple Mother's day babies. Wasn't too well to really make it a big occasion so just have some balance of nice and sweet banana's left on my dining table so it was a weekend and most of the time the children will head to the pool so I just decide to make this little ones hope that they'll like it.

It's like one bite for adults and two for the kids. It turn out great, the texture and taste just great in fact I never expect it will finish just within hours... Kids are always kids, they blend in their own topping, I feel it will taste funny because all they want is peanut butter chocolate.

I felt bad that this time I make it so simple never really have the mood, heart and mind to do it the very best, maybe like my own mother always says it may look simple but the effort and heart to make something nice and sweet is always the best.

To all Mothers out there, Happy Mothers Day. Sorry I'm late....because my PC down.

Carrot Ginger & Sugee Cake (1st May 2010)

This was specially made for my brother in-law's wedding, wasn't that satisfy with the whole outcome, I rather turn this into a three tier wedding cake with some extras elaboration, it looks so small and no one even notice but glad this is the very first wedding that I have done it big, it was really an honoured to get assign by his auntie and my in-law to have such confident that I can do this....

This is a traditional wedding carrot ginger cake which I adapted from Debbie Brown wedding book....regret that I never really took an individual cake which I did for gift aways...and this cake really challenge me, the classic Eurasian Sugee cake and I did it in 270 pieces....it really turn me into a cake monster the real day.

Very sorry to those that attended the wedding and if I miss out on any one of you do please forgive me, the smile doesn't seems to come by, mind still very blur...did it all by myself but a very big thank you to Uncle Rocky's family that make this whole thing happened even they just drop by for three to four hours but some how or rather He never gave up on me....

The shots are bad but anything will have the first time...the figure is also a big thank you from Debbie brown step by step which is so detail.

The Groom's head came off three times and the more I do the more it looks like the real groom, I got no Idea that the groom wears grey on the real wedding day and most of them does notice the similarity on the figures, the brides hand came off almost four times and the weight like doesn't comes right....thanks to my mum's home too...the humidity here makes the thing almost impossible to make this figure hardened. A very big thank you to those wasn't been mention in even my own hubby helps me allot. Glad I never give up.

Rich Butter Peach cake (2nd Easter Collection)

This was my very first time doing Easter jelly eggs and packaging like Malay wedding so bad...hopefully doesn't disappoint them especially my auntie. Thank you for giving me another good opportunity to do something new. Just regret that never manage to get the picture of the peeled egg which contains mix fruit, with tinge of pink.

The cake was rather disappointing coz' I do notice it's slightly dry at the edge, really hope for the very best coz' everyone have individual taste bud though.

Japanese Cotton cheesecake (1st Easter Collection)

Just meant for a close family occasion, was baked back for my in laws and kids. This was my mom's in law's favourite light cheesecake. I was quite disappointed with the whole outcome of the topping...because it was so light until it can't cope the heaviness of melted chocolate, what more the sugar figure, it might be small but the weather kills it all.

Assorted Cheesecake

This cake is ordered to be place in a Tea house but mainly for testing. The very first one is banana custard cheesecake, is a rich cheesecake, the second one is a classic digestive cheesecake with grainy combination of cocoa, brown sugar and crushed nuts, also a rich one.

The third one was a rich Macadamia cheesecake which needs to be cooked on stove top. Well this cake is individual preference but the fragrant of the roasted macadamia nuts with fresh milk will tell you what it taste like.
The last one is a light cheesecake which layered over vanilla sponge lining, roasted ground hazelnut cheesecake. To be honest not many people know how to enjoy good cheesecake so end of it is still towards individual taste buds.

Strawberry Cheese cakelet

This cake is really challenging, but worth alot upon trying and love it. It's just for a weekend tea purposes. Couldn't resist on the colour, this is my very first time using strawberry, I personally not a fan of strawberry and I guess I did this not in the season and it cost me a bomb.

The strawberry is sour to be honest maybe it's not the season here in Malaysia. The cake itself is really challenging and the process took me quite long in fact, especially the straining through the fine sift after it cooked.

What surprise me most is the texture of the sponge lining came out to be tender, moist and just nice, not sour not too sweet but very fragrant.

The cream cheese itself is killing me to do it, maybe the timing is too short. In the original recipe have gelatin but to me I felt it's unnecessary so I just left it as it is and mix in extra fresh milk and single whipped to make it a smoother texture.

I left it overnight to get this result. Seems that everything is really on my side this time it turn out just alright to me and the taste which everyone seems to love it. Glad I try. Just yummy not just by the look but also to the last bite.
