Part of a Christmas order

Part of my friend Christmas order. Hopefully it doesn't dissapoint her friend. Bottom is Chocolate Cheese as requested. The sugar bear is sitting on chocolate frosting, surrounded by some cheese frosting.

Plain n Original

The shot wasn't too good and it's just partly from the full tray of three variety which my husband suggested to go without the topping, because some might just enjoyed the plain and original. The top one is Chocolate mudcake which i just bake as cup cakes rather then a whole, the other two rows are Chocolate Cheese which i bake sugarless. Unfortunately i think i forgot the last row of Oreo Cheese which just want it the plain way. Oh my husband was right, all the untop ones are to finish before the others, because our relatives think it's too nice to eat for those with toppings. All are those whe brought over to my in laws place for Christmas Lunch gathering.

Process

Here i would like to wish everyone who gave me a chance to drop by my blog, have a wonderful, Healthy and Joyful New Year. May everything comes with Lots of Happiness, Love and Peace in everything we do.

Here i include part of my process working on a sugar bear, my second try, turns out rather satisfied and surprisingly fast. Even the hardening process was just in time. There is always a saying practice make perfect. Surely will improve from time to time.

Tips on Caring for your Baked Cakes

The cakes you purchase are created with natural ingredients without any preservatives, I hope some simple tips here will help you care for the cakes and hence retain their quality longer for your enjoyment.

For Oven-baked Cakes

Our oven baked cakes be stored for up to 3 days (from delivery date) in the fridge. Remember to protect them by covering them up in a large container (or leave them in the original box) while stored in the fridge to best maintain its taste and texture.

As this range of cakes is best served under room temperature, do allow them to thaw (at room temperature) for around 30 minutes before serving. As you thaw them, remember to cover up the cakes in case they attract hungry flies and other predators.

Note - The abovementioned expiry period for the cakes is an estimated guide and may vary base on the conditions of your refrigerator.
